What will you do:
- Develop a thorough understanding and delivery of the project requirements as they relate to scope, cost and schedule
- Determine and expedite engineering deliverables for projects
- Develop and maintain the project scope of work documentation and revisions as required during the design evolution
- Design of electrical systems including power distribution systems, UPS systems, standby generator systems, and security and life systems
- Prepare of engineering calculations, schematic designs and detailed designs
- Prepare technical documentation required for the execution of the project including, design criteria, design calculations, process flow sheets, and specification and data sheets for electrical equipment
- Review of shop drawings
- Produce models and drawings in various BIM software and CAD modeling tools
- Using BIM tools to virtually construct Electrical systems and coordinate with other disciplines using tools such as Autodesk Revit.
What we expect:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
- Proven expertise as an electrical engineer
- Written and spoken English B1 and higher
- Experience in electrical design for industrial, residential, and commercial sectors, in medium voltage and low voltage distribution, lighting, grounding and lightning protection
- Experience in various electrical modeling software
- Hands-on experience using tools and software such as Revit Autodesk, AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM Power tools, Dialux
- Experience in working on projects in a multidisciplinary environment
- Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
- Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly while meeting project deadlines
- Self-starters that are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Excellent communication skills
